Agreement

By using this website, requesting service, or purchasing parts from Express Diesel Performance LLC, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Off-Road Use Only

All performance tuning products and services are intended for off-road use only. Use on public roads may be illegal under federal and state emissions regulations. By purchasing or authorizing this work, you accept full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Estimates, Deposits, And Payment

Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change if we find additional conditions once the vehicle is inspected. We will contact you for approval before performing work beyond the original estimate. Deposits and tuning part purchases are non-refundable. Payment for completed work is due when the vehicle is picked up unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing.

Parts Orders

Orders placed through our store are processed through our payment provider. Prices, availability, and lead times are subject to change. Shipping timelines are estimates provided by carriers, and we are not responsible for delays outside our control. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly and we will work to make it right.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate vehicle information when requesting service or ordering parts.
• Disclose known mechanical issues, prior modifications, and prior tuners or programmers.
• Perform recommended supporting maintenance and follow any break-in or operating guidance we provide.
• Understand that modified vehicles may be excluded from manufacturer warranty coverage.

Limitation Of Liability

Express Diesel Performance LLC is not responsible for mechanical failures, component damage, towing or rental costs, lost time, or other losses resulting from tuning modifications, aftermarket parts, pre-existing conditions, or misuse of the vehicle. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service or product at issue.
